Renters Terms and Conditions

Note: 1 Week constitutes a 7 day period.

Renter’s Requirements:
Be 19 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license or other government issued document showing age and proof of identification to secure all rental charges.

Methods of Payment:
Fees may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and/or Cash.

Reservations and Security Deposit:
A deposit is required to reserve your booking ($100.00/week). This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your rental. After securing your reservation with us, the Contract Terms and Conditions will be sent to you to read over, sign and return.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, your refund will be based on the following:
45+ days prior to reservation date = 100% refund
30-44 days prior to reservation date = 50% refund
Less than 30 days = 0% refund

General Conditions:
Bee2gether Excursions Dominica reserves the right to refuse to rent to any party for any reason. Pets are not permitted in the rental suite. We work hard at making sure your suite is clean upon your arrival and we expect that all customers will do their best to uphold the level of cleanliness in which the suite was originally rented at. Customers will receive a full orientation on the different features of the suite and on the use of all amenities. On the last day of your rental term a thorough inspection of the unit will take place. Any personal property placed within the suite is there at the Customer's own risk.

Insurance:
Is the responsibility of the Customer. It is highly recommended that customers purchase travel insurance prior to coming to Dominica.
